galley gadgets!

I absolutely love my josephjoseph products! my 2 most favorite items:

•  the uni-tool | 5 utensils in one{slotted spoon, turner, cutting tool, solid spoon & spatula}
• the rotary peeler | 3-way peeler{standard, serrated or julienne} 

....both of these make super-handy tools and are oh so perfect for living aboard where space is extremely limited in the galley!

anything collapsible is a gem! I have these measuring cups that take up little to no room in the drawer, which is great since I only have the 1 drawer.

 I have a Tupperware bowl similar to this microwavable bowl | I didn't even know they had microwavable items until a few weeks ago! where have I been?!?


and as usual, I always have my eye on a few products that I hope to acquire soon...like these:

•  cutting board w/collapsible colander ....of course I've seen these at other stores for 1/2 the price of this one, but at least you know what I'm talking about
•  josephjoseph twist whisk ....need I say more
• josephjoseph nest 7 ....I really like their Nest 9, but for space limitations on our boat, the 7 would be my choice!
• mini dish drainer ....this one is about a 1/2 inch too long. I want one that fits in my sink, so I'm not losing precious counter space
